Hi there!
You can call me Smyrlok, which has sort of become my pen name. It stems from a misremembering of the Swedish word for anteater (loksmyr) which I found to be endearing. Kind of strange, but somewhat compelling. Like a small creature. Sounds like something that fits my persona :-)

I am currently taking a bachelor in theoretical Aesthetics whilst I work on my comic. I enjoy experimenting with a variety of styles, but I particularily enjoy playing with traditional textures and expressive lines. I also enjoy a bit of surrealism from time to time!

When I’m not drawing I like to walk around the outskirts of town with my dog, listen to shortwave radio stations and gaming.
